Great work. My car is a soul red Mazda, and I have had work done to the rear before. This paint job is the closest to soul red that I’ve received. And the even better part, they returned my car in better condition than when I left it. The whole car looks and smells new, I had a lot of little scratches that they buffed out, unrelated to the accident. My car is a 2019 Mazda and they made her feel shiny and new to me again. I am so thankful.

I had a car accident last year which made my front bumper loose. Then about a month ago I hit a piece of broken tire on the freeway that made the bumper start to actually fall off. When I went inside, I was promptly and courteously greeted by the receptionist. Then Patrick, one of the mechanics/technicians greeted me and we walked outside so I could explain my situation. He immediately knew what the problem was and how to fix it. He explained it thoroughly. It took him 30-35 minutes to fix it. After it was done the place wouldn't even let me pay! I was expecting to spend a few hundred maybe even $1,000. I was a first time customer so I insisted for a minute or two but Patrick kept saying they wouldn't take my money. The owner, Elliot, even came and greeted the customers who were waiting. There were free refreshments for in the waiting area like water, soda, Gatorade, and coffee. All I can say is this is, and I hope will continue to be the best bodyshop in Alhambra. I wish you guys the best of luck!

Excellent! I called Hi-Quality Auto Body Inc. after a dismal experience at the Service King in South Pasadena and from that first phone call with Selene on, I was not only pleased, but impressed by the level of service and attention paid to me and my car. I was treated wonderfully and had a great rapport with the staff upon dropping off my vehicle. They made it easy and seamless for me to obtain a rental car. I received updates throughout the process from Clemente so that I always knew what was going on with my car and the insurance company. When my car was ready for pick-up, they were very accommodating with my schedule and my car looked great. The only qualm I have is that there was a smell in my car when I retrieved it (chemicals, sweat, and body odor). The smell was better the next day (after driving around with my windows down), but I still called to see if anything could be done about it and they were more than willing to have me bring my car in to have the issue thoroughly investigated and resolved. I passed on this because I didn't have the time (I only wanted some free air freshener), but the fact that they wanted to take care of it so thoroughly really impressed me.
